Job Summary

We’re seeking a dynamic and empathetic Female Academic Counsellor to guide educators in their professional growth. If you’re passionate about education, excel in B2C sales, and love helping others achieve their goals, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

✔ Engage & Convert: Counsel potential learners (teachers, trainers, institute owners) via calls & WhatsApp to drive course enrollments.
✔ Academic Guidance: Understand their needs and recommend the right upskilling programs.
✔ CRM Management: Maintain accurate records and follow up with leads effectively.
✔ Collaborate: Work with marketing and academic teams to ensure seamless operations.
✔ Target-Driven: Meet and exceed monthly enrollment goals.

Eligibility Criteria

✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
✅ Experience: 2+ years in B2C sales (EdTech experience preferred).
✅ Communication: Fluent English (written & verbal) with a persuasive, friendly approach.
✅ Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and remote work setups.

Preferred Skills

🎯 Experience in education sales or institutional counseling.
🎯 Leadership qualities or team-handling experience.
